Yes, from /myTickets, as long as the transaction is not in blocked late-stage transfer statuses. If one side already sent ticket or payment, users typically coordinate directly to reverse the transaction when canceling. If the other side does not follow through, you may report the activity from the same page.
Open their profile from My Tickets and review account history, community reviews, levels, and consistency of profile details. You can also check their social link and Venmo handle before sending anything. If you are not comfortable, cancel before transfer.
The platform uses automated checks that may flag unusual activity patterns, including account behavior and reported issues. Accounts may be restricted within the platform based on reported or flagged activity. Related transactions may be limited within the platform while reports are reviewed.
Use REPORT FRAUD in /myTickets when there is a transfer/payment failure after one side already acted. GA-TIX may review reports and take action on accounts within the platform, but does not guarantee resolution of disputes.
Yes. Use the transaction thread from /messages or the message button in My Tickets. Messages are available for active sales and trade conversations, and notifications may be sent to the counterparty when new messages are available.
When a transaction is no longer active, that conversation becomes read-only. This keeps current coordination separate from completed history. You can still open and read past messages.
